Having family members with celiac, passionate about
gastronomy, we are a boutique family business
including bakery and restaurant.
Our goal is to produce "premium quality gluten-free products",
that are hard to distinguish from gluten-containing similars
in terms of taste and texture characteristics.
We prepare our products daily by hand in our
totally only-gluten-free kitchen and we periodically get our products analyzed in accredited laboratories.
